2025-2026 Student Organization Advanced Reservations

Special Event Advance Reservations

The Conference, Reservations and Event Services office will be accepting reservation requests for special events from registered student organizations for the 2025-2026 academic year, Aug 11, 2025 through May 10, 2026, on Monday, April 7, beginning at 8am.

An individual may represent more than one organization.  Only students that have completed a worksop may submit requests during the Advance Reservations process.

Student organizations who did not complete a workshop can submit their requests for special events on Monday, April 14.  

Recurring meetings and academic space requests

Groups will have the opportunity to make requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space during the following scheduling periods: 

  • Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
  • Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
