We accept requests for recurring reservations and reservations in academic spaces on semesterly basis, on the following dates:
Fall 2026- Monday, August 3
Spring 2027- Monday, November 2
Academic Classroom Requests
All reservations will be tentative and subject to change prior to add/drop if any space is needed to accommodate academic classes.
Campus Departments
Campus departments may request academic spaces with no restrictions, other than the information included above.
If you are a faculty or staff member and this classroom request is related to receiving course credit for students in the class, please cancel this request and send an email to regscheduling@charlotte.edu outlining the specifics of your request. The Office of the Registrar will assist with reserving a space.
Registered Student Organizations
Monday, August 3: student organizations may request classroom spaces for Fall 2026 for meetings or events that start
- AFTER 5pm Mondays-Thursdays
- AFTER 1pm Fridays
- ANYTIME on Saturdays or Sundays
Tuesday, August 25- student organizations may request classroom spaces at any time for Fall 2026
