Scheduling Periods

The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups:

Fall/Spring- Special Events

We are currently accepting all requests for special events, through May 12, 2025. You can submit your request using our Reservation Request form.

The Advance Reservations process is currently closed. Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests early for special events for the next academic year.  The exact dates will be announced in early spring of each year.

Fall/Spring- Recurring Meetings & Academic Spaces:

Beginning November 1st, academic departments may tentatively reserve academic classrooms for the spring semester with the knowledge that should classes need the room, reservations may be moved or rescheduled.  Student organizations may request space for Sundays only during this time.

  • Registered student organizations may request academic space Monday-Saturday on or after January 22.

You can submit a request using our Recurring Reservation form.  The form will open:

  • Fall 2024: 8am on Thursday, August 1, 2024
  • Spring 2025: 8am on Friday, November 1, 2024

Summer

We will begin accepting request for Summer 2025 on Monday, March 3, 2025.

All requests can be submitted March 1, or the first business day after, of the same year.  This includes special events, recurring events, and requests for academic spaces. 

Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
