Scheduling Periods

The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups:

Fall/Spring- Special Events

We are currently accepting all requests for special events, through August 10, 2025. You can submit your request using our Reservation Request form.

The Advance Reservations process will begin in April. Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests early for special events for the next academic year. 

  • Registered Student Organizations who have completed an Advance Reservations workshop will be able to request space starting on Monday, April 7.
  • Campus Departments will be able to request space starting on Monday, April 14.

Fall/Spring- Recurring Meetings & Academic Spaces:

Requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space will be accepted during the following scheduling periods: 

  • Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
  • Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
     

Summer

We will begin accepting request for Summer 2025 on Monday, March 3, 2025.

All requests can be submitted March 3.  This includes special events, recurring events, and requests for academic spaces. 

Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
