The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups. Requests submitted outside of these scheduling periods will be denied, and must be re-submitted on the appropriate date.

For all groups, requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space will be accepted:
- Requests for Fall 2026: Monday, August 3
- Requests for Spring 2027: Monday, November 2
Recurring meetings take place at regularly scheduled intervals (weekly, monthly), and typically take place during normal building hours, and typically have minimal AV needs.
Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
