The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups:
Fall/Spring- Special Events
We are currently accepting all requests for special events, through May 12, 2025.
Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests for special events for the next academic year. The exact dates will be announced in early spring of each year.
Fall/Spring- Recurring Meetings & Academic Spaces:
Recurring meetings and events in academic spaces may be requested one semester in advance:
- Fall 2024: 8am on Thursday, August 1, 2024
- Spring 2025: 8am on Friday, November 1, 2024
Summer
All requests can be submitted March 1, or the first business day after, of the same year. This includes special events, recurring events, and requests for academic spaces.
Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
