The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups. Requests submitted outside of these scheduling periods will be denied, and must be re-submitted on the appropriate date.
Special Events- Fall/Spring
We are currently accepting requests for special events. You can submit your request using our Reservation Request form.
Special Event requests for the 2026/2027 academic year can be made during the Advance Reservations process, which will begin in April of each year. Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests early for special events for the next academic year
- April 6, 2026- Student Organization advance reservations begin. Student Organizations must complete a workshop through the CRES office to be eligible to make requests during this period. More information will announced in the Spring.
- April 13, 2026- Campus Department advance reservations begin.
Recurring Meetings & Academic Spaces- Fall/Spring
Requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space will be accepted during the following scheduling periods:
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after. Requests for Fall 2026 will be accepted on Monday, August 3
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after. Requests for Spring 2027 will be accepted on Monday, November 2
Recurring meetings take place at regularly scheduled intervals (weekly, monthly), and typically take place during normal building hours, and typically have minimal AV needs.
Summer
We will begin accepting request for Summer 2026 on March 2, 2026.
Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
