The Advance Reservations period for 2024/2025 special events will be:
- Monday, April 8 for registered student organizations who have completed the Advance Reservations workshop
- Monday, April 15 for campus departments
Requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space will be accepted during the following scheduling periods:
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
