The Conference, Reservations and Event Services office will be accepting reservation requests for special events for the 2026-2027 academic year, August 10, 2026 through May 9, 2027, during our Advance Reservations process.

Requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space can be made during the following scheduling periods: 

• Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
• Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.

Student Organizations

Registered student organizations who have completed our Advance Reservations workshop can submit requests starting at 8am on Monday, April 6.  For more information about the Advance Reservations process, click here.
