Special Event requests for the 2026/2027 academic year can be made during the Advance Reservations process, which will begin in April of each year. Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests early for special events for the next academic year
- April 6, 2026- Student Organization advance reservations begin. Student Organizations must complete a workshop through the CRES office to be eligible to make requests during this period. More information will announced in the Spring.
- April 13, 2026- Campus Department advance reservations begin.
Requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space can be made during the following scheduling periods:
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
