We will begin accepting recurring requests for Spring 2024 at 8am on Wednesday, November 1, using the form below.
We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis. These are also the scheduling periods for special events requesting academic buildings.
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
