Spring 2026 - Recurring & Academic Spaces Requests

We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis.  Requests for Spring 2026 will be accepted on Monday, November 3

Academic Classroom Requests

The CRES Office schedules academic classrooms for meetings and events on a semesterly basis under the following conditions.  All reservations will be tentative and subject to change prior to add/drop if any space is needed to accommodate academic classes.

Campus departments 

Campus departments may request academic spaces with no restrictions, other than the information included above.

If you are a faculty or staff member and this classroom request is related to receiving course credit for students in the class, please cancel this request and send an email to regscheduling@charlotte.edu outlining the specifics of your request. The Office of the Registrar will assist with reserving a space.

Registered Student Organizations 

  • Monday, November 3, student organizations may request classroom spaces for Spring 2026 for meetings or events that start:

    • AFTER 5pm Mondays-Thursdays

    • AFTER 1pm Fridays

    • ANYTIME on Saturdays and Sundays

  • Wednesday, January 21- student organizations may request classroom spaces at any time for Spring 2026
