Beginning November 1st, academic departments may tentatively reserve academic classrooms for the spring semester with the knowledge that should classes need the room, reservations may be moved or rescheduled. Student organizations may request space for Sundays only during this time.
- Registered student organizations may request academic space Monday-Saturday on or after January 22.
- Any requests for exceptions should be sent to regscheduling@charlotte.edu
We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis. These are also the scheduling periods for special events requesting academic buildings.
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
