We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis.
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after. Requests for Fall 2025 will be accepted on Friday, August 1
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after. Requests for Spring 2026 will be accepted on Monday, November 3
Academic Classroom Requests
The CRES Office schedules academic classrooms for meetings and events on a semesterly basis under the following conditions. All reservations will be tentative and subject to change prior to add/drop if any space is needed to accommodate academic classes.
Campus departments
Campus departments may request academic spaces with no restrictions, other than the information included above.
If you are a faculty or staff member and this classroom request is related to receiving course credit for students in the class, please cancel this request and send an email to regscheduling@charlotte.edu outlining the specifics of your request. The Office of the Registrar will assist with reserving a space.
Registered Student Organizations
- Friday August 1- student organizations may request classroom spaces for Fall 2025 for meetings or events that start:
- AFTER 5pm Mondays-Thursdays
- AFTER 1pm Fridays
- ANYTIME on Saturdays or Sundays
- Tuesday, August 26- student organizations may request classroom spaces at any time for Fall 2025
