Fall 2024 - Recurring & Academic Spaces Requests

We will begin accepting recurring requests and requests for academic spaces for Fall 2024 at 8am on Thursday, August 1, using the form below.  The Fall 2024 semester starts on August 19. 

We accept requests for recurring reservations on semesterly basis.  These are also the scheduling periods for special events requesting academic buildings.

  • Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
  • Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
