Special Event Advance Reservations

The Conference, Reservations and Event Services office will be accepting reservation requests for special events from registered student organizations for the 2026-2027 academic year, August 10, 2026 through May 9, 2027, on Monday, April 6, beginning at 8am.

To be eligible to submit requests at this time a student representative must have completed our online workshop no later than Thursday, April 2 by midnight.  Registration is required, CLICK HERE to register.

An individual may represent more than one organization.  Only students that have completed the online course may submit requests during the Advance Reservations process. 

Student organizations who did not complete a workshop can submit their requests for special events on Monday, April 13.  

Recurring meetings and academic space requests

Groups will have the opportunity to make requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space during the following scheduling periods: 

• Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
• Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
