The Advance Reservations process has closed. Student organizations looking to make requests for the 2024/2025 academic year can complete our normal reservation request form, which will open by 9am on Monday, April 15.
Groups will have the opportunity to make requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space during the following scheduling periods:
- Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
- Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
