Special Event Advance Reservations

The Advance Reservations process is now completed.  Registered student organizations can submit requests for special events through May 9, 2027 using our Reservation request form.   

Recurring meetings and academic space requests

Groups will have the opportunity to make requests for recurring meetings and/or academic space during the following scheduling periods: 

• Fall requests are accepted on August 1 or the first business day after.
• Spring requests are accepted on November 1 or the first business day after.
