Scheduling Periods

The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups:

Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests for special events for the next academic year (exact dates will be announced in early spring of each year):

  • Student Organizations- mid-April​
  • Departments - late April

Recurring meetings may be requested one semester in advance:

  • Fall dates may be requested beginning August 1, or the first business day after, for the upcoming Fall semester.
  • Spring dates may be requested beginning November 1, or the first business day after, for the upcoming Spring semester. 

Requests for summer may be submitted on April 1 of the same year.  Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
