Event Request

Requests are processed Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm in the order in which they are received. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 3 business days. If you are an on-campus organization that is NOT charging to attend an event, please complete the Event Request form.

If you encounter HTML ERROR 431 or "REQUEST HEADER FIELDS TOO LARGE" when accessing our form, please use this guide to address the issue.  Please let us know if you encounter any other issues.
