While it is not mandatory to use the University's audio/visual equipment, basic equipment (screen, whiteboard/chalkboard, flip chart, TV/VCR) is included in the cost for all Cone University Center and Student Activity Center rooms. CRES will assist with the renting of all additional University equipment (microphone, LCD projector, etc) and applicable charges will be listed in the Agreement and on the final invoice. In some cases, where higher end equipment is rented, a technician is required and the client will be billed an hourly rate for this service.
