Catering

All food served on campus must be prepared by the University Catering Department. CRES will guide the client through the entire process from initial menu discussion to final presentation. The University Catering Department can meet any conference need -- from box lunches for a few people to served meals for hundreds.

For catered events, groups will be billed for the guarantee number, due three business days in advance of the event, or the actual number, whichever is greater.
