The CRES Office has established the following scheduling periods for affiliated groups:
Summer
Requests can be submitted March 1, or the first business day after, of the same year
Summer is considered to be between Spring commencement and the beginning of the Fall semester.
Fall/Spring- Special Events
Advance Reservations allows groups to submit requests for special events for the next academic year. The exact dates will be announced in early spring of each year.
For 2024, the Advance Reservations periods will be:
- Monday, April 8- registered student organizations who have completed the Advance Reservations workshop
- Monday, April 15- campus departments
Fall/Spring- Recurring Meetings & Academic Spaces:
Recurring meetings and events in academic spaces may be requested one semester in advance:
- Fall 2023: 8am on Tuesday, August 1, 2023
- Spring 2024: 8am on Wednesday, November 1, 2023
